1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster (3–6 business days).

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Combs must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

We use premium materials such as natural bamboo, sandalwood, carbon fiber, and high-quality seamless plastic. All materials are chosen to be gentle on hair and durable.

7. Are your combs suitable for all hair types?

Yes. We have combs specifically designed for different hair types:

  • Wide tooth for curly, coily, and thick hair
  • Fine tooth for straight and fine hair
  • Detangling combs for all hair types

8. Do your combs reduce hair breakage and static?

Yes. Our wooden and carbon fiber combs are naturally anti-static and help reduce frizz, breakage, and split ends compared to cheap plastic combs.

9. How do I clean my comb?

Clean your comb regularly with warm water and mild shampoo or soap. For wooden combs, avoid soaking in water for long periods. Dry naturally with teeth facing down.

10. Are the combs heat-resistant?

Our carbon fiber and high-quality plastic combs are heat-resistant and safe to use with hair dryers and straighteners. Wooden combs are not recommended for high-heat styling.

11. Do you offer combs for men and women?

Yes. Our combs are unisex and suitable for both men and women.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my comb arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
